Terms and Conditions – Courses, Workshops

Course & Workshop Terms and Conditions

Last update: August 3rd, 2022.

These terms and conditions apply to courses and workshops organised by Keen on Yoga only. They do not apply to courses organised by other studios or centres that host Adam Keen.

Changes to terms and conditions

We may revise these terms from time to time in the following circumstances:

(1) changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; (2) to reflect changes to our course terms.

Bookings

Students are considered confirmed once their full payment or deposit has been paid and confirmation in writing is sent back to them. We reserve the right to accept or refuse bookings at our own discretion and are not obliged to state a reason for doing so.

All bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Payments

A booking deposit is required and it is not refundable.

All course fees must be paid in full 30 days before the starting date by the booking system or by transfer. Not paying on time will result in a booking cancellation.

Courses booked within 30 days must be paid immediately. Payments done within this timeframe are not refundable.

Substitutions

Students may offer their space on a course or workshop to another person at no extra charge. Written notification is required to make the change.

Course cancellation by us

We reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel your course with at least 30 days’ notice before the starting date.

Under these circumstances, we will refund 100% of the payments customers have paid to us (including the non-refundable deposit).

However, we cannot be liable for other costs incurred by you such as for transportation and other pre-booked travel arrangements.

We take no responsibility if the cancellation or delay is due to a force majeure including technical, natural or nuclear disasters, strikes, riots, civil disturbances, war, epidemics, closure of ports/airports, severe weather conditions, or any other similar events.

Course cancellation by the student

Any booking cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@keenonyoga.com as soon as possible. Refunds will be given in full, minus the deposit, up to 30 days prior to the start of the course. Upon the decision to leave the course, no refund is offered on missed sessions.

Missed sessions

In case the student misses days of the training (no show), we can offer to join the same session in the next available online course free of charge.

It is also possible to have a catch up private session with Adam Keen at the fee of €60.00/hour.

Refunds

We will make any valid refund according to these T&Cs within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. This will be done via the same method by which the payment was taken.

Complaints

Please send us any complaints to info@keenonyoga.com
