LIZ KOCH – Juicy Psoas

Saturday 18th September | 9.00am EST | 2.00pm UK

2 hours | 14 day replay

We are delighted to be hosting Liz Koch for the first time for this 2-hour workshop on the mysterious psoas.

If we redefined psoas, not as a muscle but as perceptive, sensitive, and responsive tissue that is communicating safety and coherency, then we are going to want to support our healthy psoas.  If the psoas is in fact a fluid orbital tissue that supports our floating kidneys, adrenals, and immune system attributed to survival then we are going to want to tend to juicy, responsive psoas to fully thrive within our life. Changing the language of body changes our understanding of health.

Liz Koch is a conceptual artist exploring the deep sensory system and the wild wisdom of core Psoas. An international somatic educator and author with 45 years of experience, she is the creator of CoreAwareness and the author of The Psoas BookCore Awareness: Enhancing Yoga, Pilates, Exercise & DanceStalking Wild Psoas: Embodying Your Core Intelligence, and the upcoming book Birth Savvy.

Liz focuses on kinesthetic intelligence and somatic awareness as a means for developing our human potential. Stalking Wild Psoas is her passion and Changing the Language of Body is her mission. You can find more about her on her website coreawareness.com
